What is the difference between contractor and permanent placement pricing?
Contractor (staff augmentation) is billed monthly at $3,500 per active person — no placement fee. Permanent placement is commission-based: 18% for standard hires, 25% for executive roles. You only pay the commission once, on the candidate's confirmed start date.
What does the $500 Priority fee cover?
The Priority fee is a one-time charge per engagement, not per month and not per person. It buys a guaranteed 6-hour first response to your role brief and fast-track access to our sourcing pipeline. The monthly contractor rate stays at $3,500 — same as Standard. For permanent placements, the Priority add-on is $1,000 one-time.
Is there a minimum contract term for contractor placements?
No minimum term for Standard or Priority — engagements are month-to-month. Enterprise programs typically run on a 3–12 month agreement to support GCC and multi-hire builds.
Does the monthly contractor fee include salary or benefits?
No. The monthly fee covers Afflatus Group's sourcing, screening, and account management service. Salary, contractor compensation, and benefits are agreed directly between your organization and the contractor.
When is the permanent placement fee payable?
Invoiced on the candidate's confirmed start date. No retainer required upfront. Standard hires come with a 90-day free replacement guarantee; executive searches carry a 180-day guarantee.
What counts as a 'bulk hiring need' for Enterprise?
Enterprise typically applies when an organization has 5+ concurrent open roles, is standing up a GCC, or needs a dedicated coordinator. We'll scope it together on a discovery call.
